How it works
A simple outbound connection
Your agent connects to VoiceNext, so you open no inbound ports.
- Connector create a connector, get a short-lived token, and connect over a WebSocket.
- Each caller turn is sent to your agent and its reply is spoken to the caller.
- Deadline and fallback if your agent replies too late, the caller hears the assistant's fallback.
- Policies still apply platform rules such as redaction and emergency handling are applied to your agent's replies.
- Reconnect any time tokens last one hour; reconnect with a fresh one.
